Save The Earth Info Post
Name: Barnaby Brooks Jr.
Age: 26
Appearance: Image with both Hero suit and casual outfit.
Occupation: Programmer
Full Application: Linked here.
Echoes Received:
1st Echo- The memory of a masked man complaining about doing interviews, photo shoots, and other celebrity PR, along with the odd feeling that something is missing from that memory.
2nd Echo- The memory of seeing a tattooed gunman standing in a burning room, along with the knowledge that this person has just killed someone and he's a witness.
3rd Echo- His ring.
4th Echo- Audio-only memory of his parents telling him that they'll always protect him, and that they hope he'll protect others. (Specifically, his mother says "We're going to protect you forever," followed by his father saying "And we want you to become someone who's kind and willing to protect others.") He doesn't remember who exactly said this to him, though.
5th Echo- The unshakable certainty that his memories CANNOT be trusted to be accurate, at least not without some secondary verification, like a photo or a trustworthy witness.
6th Echo- Tier Two for November:
8th Echo- This pin.
9th Echo- The knowledge and skill needed to disarm bombs (assuming there's no special tools required beyond a wire cutter).
10th Echo- A new scar on his right thigh, from when he was stabbed by the H-01 android while fighting it.
11th Echo- Tier Two for February
13th Echo- Wise Snake Tier Two
Notes: Barnaby happens to have a pet rabbit, a Mini-Rex doe named Luna; she looks something like this.
Barnaby's reincarnation suffered a severe leg fracture when he was young, and now walks with a limp. He usually uses a cane as a mobility aid; he's capable of walking unaided, though not without difficulty and some pain.
Disclaimer: I have never personally experienced a bone break or fracture, and while I have a few family members who have none have experienced permanent disabilities as a result. I have done research in several different areas regarding bone fractures, leg injuries, cane use, and living with disabilities. I am far from an expert in this area and am open to concrit and corrections, or information/education regarding it. While I am only attempting to portray a character, I have no intention of downplaying or making light of serious injuries or disabilities, or those who deal with them in real life.

6th Echo- Tier Two for November:
- Mental/Knowledge: The acronym NEXT and what it stands for (Noted Entity with eXtraordinary Talent, aka "people with superpowers").
- Power: The strange ability to glow bright blue for about 30 seconds, with a one-hour cooldown. Nothing else yet, just suddenly human night-light. He doesn't have much control over when this happens yet, so there'll be moments where he'll just light up without meaning to.

10th Echo- A new scar on his right thigh, from when he was stabbed by the H-01 android while fighting it.
11th Echo- Tier Two for February
- He remembers that being called Bunny was A Thing, and the nickname slots into the odd gap in the memory he got for his first Echo.
- The memory of the OTHER first time the nickname was used. He also remembers that while he hated the nickname at first, it became very precious because of how much the person who used it meant to him...not that he remembers who that is, exactly.
13th Echo- Wise Snake Tier Two
- A much clearer memory of this symbol (the tattoo on the shooter in the memory from his second Echo)
- His obsession with the symbol, including a drive to learn everything he can about it. EVERYTHING.
